I spent my childhood and youth in the Westphalian province, dreamy and sheltered, close to nature and the earth, early on with a camera in my hand.

My professional roots lie in architecture and urban planning. This still fulfils my life, but today it is only occasionally the hub of the world, but nevertheless the source of my mind-set and belief.

The years and my work have been closely linked to the visual and performing arts, but also to the world of music. Photography, video, graphic design and poetry are my favourite means of expression. They have facilitated encounters, projects and collaborations with other creative people and artists. I like the stimulating and productive magic of encounters, surprise and shared joy.
